Tivoli Hotel Aqua Park, Sharm el-Sheikh

The hotel is in a prime location near old markets and Metro, offering easy access to key attractions. The rooms were clean, and the staff provided great hospitality. However, some cleanliness issues were noted with a dirty bathroom and stained sheets. Overall, my stay was pleasant, and I would consider returning for the warm hospitality.

My stay at the hotel was really pleasant! The rooms were really spacious and kept lovely and clean. The staff was so kind and helpful, from the reception staff to our cleaner. The location was quite nice, close to the old markets. However, the dining options were a bit poor. Overall, a comfortable and friendly experience.

Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised by the welcoming staff who escorted us to our rooms. The hotel, despite being rated 4 stars, managed to accommodate our request for rooms with balconies without any fuss. While I'm generally not a fan of Sharm, this hotel managed to change my perspective. However, the room cleanliness was slightly lacking, and I found it hard to settle down for the night initially.

The service from the staff, especially from a friendly Russian team member, was delightful despite attempts to ask for extra money. The location near the old markets was convenient, but the dining experience was quite poor with limited options. Overall, a stay with highs and lows.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The staff made sure everything was clean, comfortable, and fun for me. Special thanks to the animation team for keeping the vibes high. However, the vegetation could have been better, and the sheets were a bit stained. The working hours were convenient, and the new furniture added a touch of elegance to the rooms.
